    New Toy Purchased

    I just bought:
    1991 Mazda Miata Base (no PS )
    5 spd.
    86,000 miles
    100% stock (besides the ugly wheels that are on it)
    brand new soft top w/ glass rear window
    factory hardtop
    it has some beauty marks on it (scrapes and dents)
    has usual miata rust on the rockers
    front fenders arent in the greatest condition either (rust)
    brand new tires just put on yesterday.

    clean it up, replace some things. pretty much the plans for this year is to just to make sure its relaiable and have fun with it.
    prolly do a 1.8 swap over winter but who knows...
    i just bought it to have fun with it

    Yes I got rid of the rx7. Sadly it was scrapped for $200... on a good note though I had fun in the miata at a church parking lot with mike sulowski.

    damn that sucks I couldve used some parts off it for the scort....u have any parts left over?
