I bet half the members on here owned a DSM at one point or another. What are your goals with the vehicle? HP/TQ figures? Are you going to drag it or make it a road race car etc? Welcome to the site and I would be glad to come play. I owned a 97 2g GST. I have an idea about DSMs.

That sucks. Those numbers are very easy to reach with minimal mods.

Yeah I was just showing you the easy path to hit those numbers. If you want to prepare for higher then higher is easily attainable.

Firstly you should be making sure the engine is running tip top. Do all your maintenance.......otherwise you are just leaving yourself open for more problems because making the car "faster" will amplify neglected maintenance.

750ccs would be a bit overkill for a 14b but they wont hurt as long as its tuned right. Rewire the 190 fuel pump and get a boost controller.....also make sure you have a boost gauge should be one of the first things you buy.
