Never been to a F4's meet so I can't really talk but if I had to guess I'd say all their timing chain tensioners broke and they're rebuilding.

I can joke because I used to own a 2006 SS/SC and the timing chain tensioner came out in 7 pieces (supposed to be one piece) when I changed it at 60K miles.
